Hello. Is it Hana travel agency?

I am planning to go to Jeju Island for a week taking off this coming Sunday.

We are a family of five.

Could you give me some recommendations for package tours? I want to know detailed schedules of them.

How much would it be per person? Wow. It’s more than I’ve expected. Are there any ways I could get some discounts like coupons or associated cards?

Also could I book a hotel too? If so, please book a 5 star hotel for a week. Does it include Complimentary breakfast? And is it near the airport?

Plus, where can I buy souvenirs or local specialties? I really want it because I can buy only when I travel there.

Lastly could you tell me what your refund policy is? By when do I have to notify you to get a full or partial refund?

상황설명: I was supposed to take a train at 9Am this morning. However, I just missed it.

I set the alarm yesterday, but I couldn't hear the sound. When I got up, it was already 9 AM.

Anyways~ this is my fault.~

1.  I will take the next one departing in 2 hours . So you don’t have to wait for me to pick me up at the station. As soon as I get there, I will take a taxi to your place alone.

2, or, better still,  I wonder if we could take a rain check? This situation sucks!! Something is not right with me today.  I will get back to you soon.

I experienced this last year while I was planning for a trip with my best friend 지원 who graduated from the same high school. First, we set our destination and period. We were supposed to go to Jeju Island for a week. Next, we set schedule as much detail as possible. And then, we were about to make a reservation for flights and accommodations. When we compared many flight and accommodation prices to get the best deal, they were almost twice more expensive than usual. Because it was the peak season, and we didn’t book them early enough. OMG, it was more than we had expected. It was out of our budget. Anyways~ we ended up reducing the period of our trip from 7 days to three days. Ever since then, I have always planned a trip in advance.

Hello. It’s me. How is it going? I have some bad news to tell you. I’ve just got a call from the travel agency.

And they said our trip has been canceled because some activities in our package don’t operate during our trip. What shall we do? Shall we choose other package tours? We could put it off until next week or go to another country on the same days.

If not, shall we travel without a travel agency? It would take much time to plan, but we can leave as scheduled.

I am ok either way. It’s all up to you.

Hello. Is it SS travel agency. ?

This is a person who booked a flight from you.

I am at the airport. But I’ve just heard that my flight has been canceled due to an engine issue.

Even other flights have been fully booked. What should I do ?

Would it be possible to put it off until tomorrow? If so, please let me know the reservation number after it is done.

If not could I get a refund?

According to your refund policy, in the case of Airlines’ fault, customers could get a full refund without any penalties.

And as you know, I paid for a traveler’s insurance.

So could you check if I can get some compensations  in this case for me?

Excuse me. I am a person who is supposed to get on flight KA1234 at 9am. However, I was told that my flight has been delayed for 2 hours. So I want to ask some Qs about it.

1.왜 지연 되는 거냐? +

Can you tell me Why there is a delay? And why didn’t U announce the reasons of the delay?.

2. 지연에 대한 보상이 있나요? +

Are there compensations for the delay? I reserved some activities in advance, but I can’t go there due to the delay.

3. 기다리는 동안, 라운지 이용할 수 있나요?

Is there any lounge that I can use while waiting? because I have a lot of luggage, and I want somewhere to take some rest.

12. 환불 불가

Hello.

This is a person who has booked a trip from you. But I have a problem.

The thing is that one of my uncles passed away yesterday. So the funeral is held from today, and I don’t think it will be over by then.

And I am aware that this ticket is not refundable.

What should I do ?

 Would it be possible to put it off until next week? If so, please let me know the reservation number after it is done.

If not, Would it be possible to hand it over to other friend? Is there any service fee by any chance? I hope not.

 I am ok either way. Sorry for such a short notice.
