건강한 내 친구
The healthiest person around me is my best friend 00 who graduated from the same high school. There are some reasons why I think this way.
When it comes to her work out, she gets some exercise and does cardio every day. Plus, she gets some personal training at a gym.
Speaking of her diet, she tries to be on well-balanced diet. She tries to reduce fats and carbs but tries to take more protein and fiber. She never forgets to take daily supplements such as vitamins, and omega3. She never eats junk food.
I have been shadowing her healthy habits. Thanks to that, I have been a lot healthier.
본인이 건강을 위해 생활 방식에 변화를 준 경험
There have been a few things I have tried for my health.
For example, I have tried to eat healthy food like vegetables, not instant or salty food.
Plus, I have kept well-balanced diet. I have tried to eat various kinds of food with various nutrients and take daily supplements.
Also, I have been doing at-home training every day at least 30 minutes by watching home workout youtube videos.
As the results, I have been low in body fat and high in metabolism.
I am planning to keep this way in order to stay healthy.
본인이 건강을 위해서 했던 일 한 가지의 효과 설명
When I had a regular check-up last year, the results were undesirable.
Because I didn’t have enough muscle mass due to the lack of exercise. So the Dr said that I had to exercise to increase the muscle mass.
Before that, I did not exercise at all because I was too lazy to go out for exercise.
Ever since then, I have been doing at-home training every day at least 30 minutes. I don’t have to go outside and I can do whenever I want at my convenient time.
As the results, I have gained some muscle, and got healthier. Plus, I have felt less tired and always been in a good condition.
I recommend this way to you. Give it a try~.

I think eating seafoods is healthy. Well~~ People know that these foods are very helpful for our health. There are some reasons why I think in this way.
First of all, they are highly nutritious. They are low in fat, but high in protein, vitamins and minerals. Especially, they contain omega 3 which is good for your eye sight and brain.
The other reason is that you know~~ they are well known for reducing risk of heart diseases.
For these reasons, many people are interested in seafoods these days.
Have you ever tried it? If not, give it a try!! There are so many types of seafood you can enjoy like salmon, shrimps and so on. You will be NEVER disappointed. That’s all.
건강 인식 차이 (어려움)
You know~~ there have been many changes in views on health over the years. So I have a lot to talk about.
When it comes to the one in the past, people didn’t care about health that much. They just ate foods regardless of nutrients due to the lack of food after the Korean War.
On the other hand, the view has got changed completely. As people can access the Internet, they can get much information they want. They get to know what nutrients are, and how they can keep healthy. So, they began to take care of their health by eating nutritious food, exercising, getting medical check-ups, and so on.
Like these, the perspective on health has been so different compared to the past.
